Interconnection Analyst / Utilities Project Coordinator Able to work hybrid or remote after 1-2 week training Job Description:
This individual will be supporting an interconnection engineering team with project management tasks and customer communication responsibilities.
Responding to requests in Power Clerk
Working with engineering team to resolve customer utility needs
Solving simple questions pertaining to interconnection with grid and common utility questions from customers
Understanding Legal Tariff /regulations governing interconnection.
Skills & Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Engineering OR HS Diploma
Prior experience in client facing communications /customer service
Utilities and engineering knowledge is a plus
Ability to perform some electrical calculations with a given formula and answer common utility questions from customers
