Indianapolis, IN, USA | Salary | Corporate IT | Full Time Primary Purpose: The IT Project Manager is responsible for the planning and implementation of complex IT projects supporting multiple businesses within the organization. Projects pertain to the delivery of timely, quality IT services and/or relate to improving business effectiveness and efficiency. In this role, you will provide input into the creation of the project budget and manage the project scope and schedule. In addition, you will be responsible for managing appropriate stakeholders and communicating as needed the progress to project plan; and any potential issues negatively impacting the desired outcome.Essential Functions and Requirements:

Assumes responsibility of the company's systems and network infrastructure projects to ensure the deliverables are stable, available and reliable to meet the goals and objectives of the business.
Partners with project sponsor to define project objectives, scope, schedule and budget. Establishes project charter and plan, including success criteria.
Leads and directs project teams to meet project objectives.
Identifies and negotiates schedules, milestones and resources required to meet project objectives and success criteria.
Interact with all levels of employees to be able to visualize and understand IT-related problems and provide competent solutions.
Recommend new technologies and systems that will help in the improvement of the organization and various businesses.
Regularly work with other IT employees, consultants, programmers, etcboth internal and external as necessary.
Provides coaching, mentoring and guidance to project team members and/or others in Project Management roles.
Works with client departments and stakeholders to coordinate systems testing, installation, training, and support.
Keeps informed of advances in technology and Project Management
Report and communicate effectively to the Director of Strategic Technology regarding all aspects of assigned projects, associated tasks and related project recommendations.
Performs other IT related as assigned to support the overall goals of ITSS.
