DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities:

Monitors, reviews, and adjusts all aspects of Talent Acquisition from identifying hiring needs to onboarding for our Field employees and agents.

Oversees employee relations and engagement for the Field, and act as the liaison between team members and management to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees.

Administers other company/HR policies and practices to Field staff and leadership.

Responsible for hiring new staff and developing and leading current employees.

Consult and collaborate with the Director Centralized Field Services and Talent Management on strategic planning and operations.

Manages, trains, and develops HR team members for the effective performance of the day-to-day responsibilities of their roles.

Oversees recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes for Field personnel.

Works with Sales Management to attract and retain Agents and sales support staff.

Handles employee issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures.

Conducts investigations into workplace issues including, but not limited to, complaints of unfair treatment, discrimination, hostile work environment, harassment, and retaliation.

Serves as a consultant to Field managers and employees for other enterprise human resources programs such as benefits, time off, engagement, reward and recognition programs.

Provides recruiting and exit interview data and feedback to leadership and Talent Management.

Ensures HR team focus on internal customer service, responsiveness, accountability, and collaboration.

Knowledge and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

5-7 years of Human Resources experience with a focus on Talent Acquisition or Employee Relations required.

3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

SHRM, HRCI, or other HR certifications preferred.

General knowledge of compliance laws and regulations associated with HR disciplines, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, wage & hour, and leaves.

Ability to monitor, coach, and measure employee work performance.

Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and customer service skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships throughout the organization.

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Ability to provide appropriate follow up and meet deadlines.
