This position is responsible for ensuring the BMWC brand is represented positively and consistently across all channels, internally and externally.You will be part of a top-performing team that works hard and has fun. You will report to an experienced Sr. Business Development Manager who is an expert in the industry. This position focuses on developing sales and marketing materials for project pursuits, including pre-qualification packages, RFI and RFP responses, and presentations, as well as developing standardize project templates to improve project initiation and closeout, including client surveys and retrospectives. This position regularly interacts with company leadership and project management teams, as well as clients and third-party vendors.RESPONSIBILITIES As a Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will:

Implement and manage BMWC’s corporate marketing plan and deliverables, ensuring alignment with corporate marketing strategy.

Develop branded presentations and pursue publishing opportunities to highlight BMWC’s projects in efforts to gain recognition and visibility.

Oversee and maintain brand integrity through the design, development, and maintenance of campaigns, social media, website, SharePoint management, digital signage, graphics, industry communications, vendor management, newsletters, and multimedia coordination.

Photography and videography management, coordination and creation, including photo library organization and job site visits to capture ongoing projects.

Develop and execute internal and external email marketing campaigns to engage target audiences and increase engagement/outreach.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials.

Manage, develop and design BMWC branded promotional items, including sourcing from company store and external vendors.

Research and implement marketing/communication tools ensuring streamlined communication and effective audience targeting.

Develop and maintain sales and marketing materials for project pursuits, including qualification packages, RFIs, RFPs, and client presentations.

Collaborate with business development and operations teams for project planning activities in efforts to win new business and retain clients.

Craft project-specific messaging and develop standardized templates tailored to industry specifics.

Create and track award submissions and successes that showcase BMWC’s achievements.

Assist with Project Execution Plan and maintain Power BI reports.

Oversee customer experience and client feedback programs to ensure documentation and to leverage for enhanced brand credibility.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

3+ years of proven experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related role.

Proven experience in strategic marketing, analysis and planning, business development and promotions/advertising.

Experience developing marketing programs/concepts and gaining shareholder support.

Experience managing marketing campaigns, social media, and digital marketing.

Proven experience developing and implementing brand awareness/communications programs to drive business.

Experience with proposal development and project pursuit activities.

Experience with photography/videography coordination and development is a plus.

Experience with SharePoint and other content management/internal systems is a plus.

Proficiency in marketing software (e.g. MailChimp, Power BI. Etc.).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organization and project management skills.

Strong background in development of branded presentations and marketing materials.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, including website and social media.

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
