Job Title: Production OperatorJob DescriptionAs a Production Operator, you will be responsible for converting sealant and coating products from large drums to different sized bottles and containers. You will operate machinery to fill, label, and package bottles for shipment, ensuring that order sheets are accurate and that packaging is done neatly and correctly. You will be expected to clean and organize your workstation at the end of each shift to maintain a tidy work environment.Responsibilities
Operate machinery to fill bottles of various sizes with sealant and coating products.
Label and package filled bottles for shipment.
Ensure order sheets are accurate and match the machine's production.
Add additional components to bags or boxes as required.
Maintain accurate counts of packaged products.
Complete 200-400 bottles per day depending on material and bottle size.
Clean and organize workstation at the end of each shift.
Essential Skills
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to sit or stand for the duration of the shift depending on the station.
Ability to lift 25lbs 50+ times per day.
Must have steel-toed or composite shoes.
Ability to work in a no-smoke campus environment.
US Citizenship (Export Controls Work Environment) and must provide a birth certificate.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Forklift experience.
Experience filling tubes and containers with material.
Experience in the aerospace industry.
