What You Will Do:As a (Regional) Associate Manager, Field Service, you will lead a diverse team of Field Technicians in the North Central Region of the US - Southern OH, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and West Virginia- to develop their individual talents while achieving high levels of Technical Service performance in the Instrument Business Unit.
Lead a regional team of Field Service Technicians with a focus on development and professional growth.
Manage metrics to measure the growth and performance of the internal team and authorized service providers.
Champion data analysis to drive insights and decision-making within a rapidly growing business
Constantly analyze, refine, and iterate on internal processes to make them simpler and more efficient.
What You Need:
Bachelor’s degree required
6+ years of relevant work experience required
2+ years of direct people leadership experience or a combination of other roles with direct or indirect leadership and influence is highly desirable.
Vendor management experience preferred
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceMax or equivalent ERP/CRM/FSM
