Salesforce System Administrator

Job Description:The Systems Administrator-Associate position performs administration and provides operational support for corporate Systems including hardware and OS system availability, performance tuning, installation, security, and troubleshooting. Associate-level professional with IT experience or IT education. Takes on the full range of system administration responsibilities under the oversight of other system administration professionals.Job Essentials

Assists customers and management in setting strategy for current and future architecture related to technologies associated with Systems.

Manages small and medium projects as needed.

Assists in the creation of quality initiatives to improve processes and increase efficiencies.

Assists in providing solutions to issues in all areas of technology related to Systems.

Identifies and initiates changes that continually improve a positive open team environment.

Assists in the design and implementation of redundant systems, policies, and procedures for disaster recovery to ensure effective protection and integrity of assets.

Assists in monitoring to reduce the risk of hardware failure, excessive resource consumption, and service outage.

Makes recommendations regarding processes that can be automated. Suggests improvements to preexisting automated processes.

Develops problem solving skills within their area of server/operating system technology leading to reduced impact to customers.

#SelectHealthMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or Information Systems. Degree must be obtained through an accredited institution. Education is verified.

Four years equivalent technical experience in systems administration or related technical field.

One year of systems experience including hands on troubleshooting experience.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce Administrator CertificateAnalytical and problem-solving abilities.
