This position is responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and compliant financial documents. You will oversee process administration, accounting entries, reconciliations, reporting and analysis within the financial reporting function. In addition, you will improve the effectiveness of the accounting team by making adjustments and/or enhancements to current accounting and reporting processes. In the short term, this role will provide critical support in the conversion of our ERP system, including conversion of our general ledger software system.Some of the essential duties & responsibilities of this role include:Lead monthly and annual close processesGenerate financial statementsAnalyze financial informationCommunicate with the team concerning new information requests and researchDevelop working relationships with non-accounting business personnelSupport the Manager and other financial professionals in their duties as needed
