In this role, you willbe responsible forhelping toidentifyopportunities for continuous improvement, delivering value to customers (internal and external),ensuringappropriate customersatisfaction, managingor being an active stakeholderon internal projects,work in a fast-paced environment andmulti-taskregularly. You will work across the HealthEdge enterprise tofacilitateand ensure process compliance for both planned and unplanned change requests. Strong communicationand collaborationwith stakeholdersisrequiredas well as acting as a connection point between groups fordifferent typesof change requests.What you bring:

Bachelorof Science inHealthcare Administration,Computer Science, InformationSystemsor a closely related field

5+ years of experience in Change Management, data analysis, and data reporting

3+ years of experience workingin healthcare administration orwith core IT infrastructure components and service concepts

3+ years ofexperienceidentifyingissues, process improvement opportunities and proposingfeasiblesolutions

A minimum of 1 yeardemonstratedemployment experience independently managing projects andensuring deliverables are completedin a timely manner

What you will do:

Central starting point for instituting changemanagementin theInfrastructureOperations organization

Continually review andimprove and/orcreatenewChange Management teamdocumentation to ensure allprocesses are up-to-date and documented

Verifies and auditsInfrastructureOperationschangerequests and confirms that they are actionable to be performed byInfrastructureOperations team members

Schedules andallocateschange and servicerequestsin a timely mannerto delivery resources

Regularly workswith functional managers tooptimizetaskutilization

Escalates requests to management when there are resource constraints or unknown request inquiries

Provides prioritization perspective forInfrastructureOperations work across all internal and external customers

UtilizesSalesforceand Tableaureporting for Change Management analysis and trending by collecting and organizing data to supportad hoc andmetrics generationas needed

Active participant in cross-functional Change Management team projects

Independently manages projects related to Change Management,schedulingfunctionsor Infrastructure Operations

AttendsChange Advisory Board (CAB) meetingsas a stakeholderandregularlyleadsCAB meetingstofacilitatetheintroduction of IT changesinto environmentsand approve change requests

UtilizesITIL change management principlesand implementsprocesses using these principles

Supports organizational process change implementation

AdditionalChange Management team responsibilities as assigned
