If you are a Manual QA Tester looking to work for a stable, prestigious, professional, enterprise company that offers a wide variety of QA/testing work this role is for you. The Manual QA Tester role will be responsible for testing key functionality for ServiceNow related projects. The successful Manual QA Tester will work closely with business users and technical teams to participate in daily stand ups, contribute to missing acceptance criteria, create test cases and test scripts needed for successful execution of functional tests. Required Skills:

5+ years' experience in software manual QA testing role. Automation is a plus.

Must have experience writing test cases and test scripts

Experience testing in an Agile environment is required

Completion of a testing certification is preferred

Experience with basic SQL query skills is a plus

Experience with ServiceNow is required

Must have the ability to provide input during the process of developing acceptance criteria and designs

Must have experience with providing estimates for testing and sprint planning

Experience with reporting bugs using a tool like Jira or Rally

Must have the ability to work in a team environment

Must possess or quickly acquire proficiency in Excel, Word, MS Project, MS Outlook and defect tracking software
