Description We are seeking a Systems Analyst to join our team in Fort Walton, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and software.Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance for incoming requests and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware Field and troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team member for resolution Communicate effectively through various platforms including in-person conversation, phone calls, email, virtual meetings, and instant messaging Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software Build, set-up, and deploy computers for users and new employees Reset credentials for email, computers, ERP systems, and other applications Maintain an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications Assist users both on-site and via remote connections Work with outside vendors for service Travel between company sites for end-user support and roll-out of IT initiatives Order and maintain supplies as needed for productionSkills: Atlassian Jira Citrix Technologies Cloud Technologies Database EO/IR systems AB Testing Active Directory Agile Scrum Backup Technologies Business Requirement Document Multi function printers Label printers Comptia Comptia A+ Comptia Network Comptia Network+ Comptia Security+ Microsoft Windows Server Azure Active DirectoryRequirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, and Database management Familiarity with EO/IR systems is essential Experience in AB Testing, Active Directory, Agile Scrum, and Backup Technologies is required Ability to prepare Business Requirement Document Knowledge of Multi function printers and Label printers is a must Comptia, Comptia A+, Comptia Network, Comptia Network+, and Comptia Security+ certifications are desirable Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Azure Active Directory is necessary.
