Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Facilitates learning events that are performance-based in nature including formal, experiential and social
Delivers synchronous and asynchronous learning events using varied media in virtual and global environments with an emphasis on experiential
Employs rapid course development methodologies to quickly meet client needs.
Manages learning environment, including learner performance and tracks/reports accordingly
Consults and solves learning solutions including: identifies business partner training needs, successfully uses performance consulting to analyze data and identify root cause to determine appropriate learning solutions, develops service level agreements and meets with business partners to obtain approval. Measures, tracks and evaluates learner and business partner satisfaction.
Thinks and acts globally and is aware of learning and cultural differences both domestically and globally that drive learner effectiveness.
Keeps technical skills updated.
Promotes a customer obsessed culture through knowledge and soft skill efficacy
Possess an innovative and agile spirit with a passion for learning
Displays ease of adapting to rapid change

This role may require up to 25% travel based on the needs of the businessQualifications
Trainer requires minimum of 2 years training experience, BA/BS in related field; Health insurance industry/business expertise or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and/or internationally (may occur in 4-10 consecutive weeks) required. Ability to work varied schedule, including evening hours.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
The successful candidate(s) will demonstrate an enthusiasm for learning, understanding of member service and flexibility/adaptability to an ever evolving industry and strong technical aptitude.

Gamification and AI experience
Member Service call experience
