Job Responsibilities:
The Lemon Bar in Zionsville (15 mins from Broadripple; NW side) is seeking a part time Shift Manager/Bar Manager. Manager applicants must have prior restaurant experience and prior management experience is preferred. Must be friendly, outgoing, confident and work well with others including our General Manager. Bar Manager applicants must have bar knowledge/ experience. Successful manager applicant will manage staff including during shifts. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of front area of The Lemon Bar, managing the bar and servers as well as ensure customer satisfaction. Position is hourly starting $13-$16/ hour depending on qualifications and experience with opportunity to move up within the company. Hours are generally 2pm-close daily (close at 9pm or 10pm) and Sundays 9am-4pm (Mondays off). Some day shifts available as well. Send resume/ job history and availability. Position is immediate.
Qualifications:
Prior restaurant experience required with prior management experience preferred. Must have (or obtain) Indiana liquor license and be at least 21.
