We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chiropractic Assistant to work alongside our team of professionals. The right candidate will demonstrate a commitment to helping patients recover from injuries or chronic conditions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of sports medicine, experience with equipment and injury prevention, and excellent communication skills. 2-3 weeks a year may need to be able to cover the other person in case of illness or vacation.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients in a professional manner and to those who call in with questions.
Use of the voice to communicate information or give instructions.
Demonstrate proficiency with computers and technology.
Demonstrate proficiency with automated office equipment, ultrasound equipment, rehab equipment and computerized patient records.
Communicate effectively with employees, co-workers, physicians, patients and their families in person, over the telephone, email and in writing.
