Key Responsibilities:
Household Management & Administrative Support:
Prepare the home weekly for cleaners (organizing and decluttering surfaces)
Assist with laundry: washing, drying, folding, and putting items away
Manage scheduling and follow-up for household maintenance and service providers
Organize and sort mail and important documents
Track, pay, and organize household bills
Coordinate donations, handle returns, schedule pickups, and run local errands
Maintain household systems and tackle seasonal tasks (e.g., wardrobe rotation, space organization)
Help with meal coordination (e.g., selecting takeout or delivery options, light grocery shopping)
Executive Assistant Support:
Monitor and manage email and online accounts
Completing Reports, Filing. Organizing Files
Use tools such as Microsoft Office and Canva to assist with occasional projects
Help with personal tasks, including driving
What We’re Looking For:
Extremely organized and detail-focused
Discreet, trustworthy, and exercises sound judgment
Communicates clearly and asks questions when needed
Proactive and always looking to streamline systems and workflows
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
Curious, ambitious, and ready to grow with the role
Additional Information:
Flexible schedule: 3–5 days per week (daytime availability required)

Must be comfortable around dogs
