American Specialty Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Coordinator, Benefits to join our Human Resources Department. The primary function of this position is to deliver high-level customer service and perform the day-to-day administrative functions for the Companyâs benefits programs, including but not limited to health and welfare plans, 401k, tuition and athletic event reimbursement and wellness programs.
EDUCATION:
⢠Bachelorâs Degree or equivalent in job related work experience preferred. High School diploma required.
EXPERIENCE:
⢠At least 1-3 years of progressive benefit administration experience.
⢠Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
⢠Prior Ultimate Software HRIS experience a plus but not required.
⢠Excellent customer service skills.
⢠Demonstrated ability to understand benefit programs and administration of such plans.
⢠Ability to maintain sensitive, confidential information and exercise discretion and sound judgment with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
