Alexander Screw Products is a manufacturing company on the northeast side of Indianapolis (Lawrence area). We are looking for someone to help with general facility maintenance.
This could cover anything from Running air lines and electrical conduit to cleaning machines or bathrooms. We have a list of PM items that need done daily or weekly. These are duties like checking the oil levels in various machines and cleaning filters. You will also be called upon if anything in the building breaks, from machines to toilets. In the summer you may help cut the grass or cut brush and, in the winter, you may help remove snow and put down salt. Our maintenance people have poured concrete, repaired machines, done lots of plumbing and moved pallet racking over the last few months. This is near entry level so we don't expect you to know how to do it all, but we expect you to be willing to learn and to try hard. Your pay will advance as you learn and gain skills.

Qualifications
Must be willing to do or give your best effort to any of the tasks listed above and any other maintenance tasks as they arise.
Good attendance is a must.
Must be able to work independently.
Must have good attendance.
Must not have a fear of Hights (to change lights and work on the roof)
