Broadmoor Country Club in Indianapolis is seeking motivated, detail-orientated individuals to join our grounds team. We have a daily start time of 6 AM (5AM for some tournaments) during the summer. Weekend mornings are especially important, and every crew member works at least one weekend morning (6-10 a.m.) If you can work both weekend mornings that is even better and you will be given time off during the week, if desired. Typical assignments include mowing greens and tees, bunker raking, fairway and rough mowing, course setup, debris cleanup, push mowing, string trimmer and backpack blower operation, and divot filling. You will receive training on all assignments before being expected to perform them on your own.
Benefits:
Starting Wage of $15+ per hour depending on experience
Potential Raise after 30 workdays based on performance
Flexible Scheduling – Part Time or Full Time with overtime available, Weekend Only work available as well
