Indy BBQ Grill Cleaning is hiring a technician that understands how a BBQ grill works, how to professionally clean a grill (training provided) and how to replace parts like: igniter/starter, valve, knobs, burners and grates.
Indy BBQ Grill Cleaning is a local service company seeking a motivated team player willing to work hard and learn a new trade with an innovative company. We are in our eleventh year offering excellent and uncompromising services to the greater Indianapolis area. It's a dirty job, but somebody has to do it. We get quite busy and we need an energetic technician to join us.
We will teach you to be an expert at cleaning and repairing gas grills like the one you probably have in your backyard. We have tremendous demand for our BBQ cleaning/repair service throughout the Indy area and need reliable, customer service oriented technicians. No experience necessary.
We will teach you all you need to know! If you have a positive attitude and mechanical inclination you will be surprised how simple and lucrative the job can be. We are a customer service oriented company and our customers absolutely love us because we consistently go above and beyond their expectations.
You must possess the following:
Fluent English, personable, very reliable, hard worker, detail oriented, some lifting involved, good driving record, valid driver’s license, your own reliable transportation to and from work daily, general tool use/knowledge, willingness to learn. Clean appearance and polite when meeting homeowners that own high end homes, show up on time, attention to detail, customer service and the ability to complete each job.
This would be a seasonal (Feb. – Nov.), full time M-F position. Saturdays are available if interested. Start time 8:30am.
Compensation: $15hr to start. After training 35% of service fee per grill ($60- $105 a day) & (equals $60 - $105 a grill) + gratuity + commissions.
