1. Physical Fitness:
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs or more) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Good stamina and strength to handle the physical aspects of moving.
2. Experience:
- Previous experience in moving, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with packing and unpacking techniques, as well as handling fragile items.
3. Customer Service Skills:
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally.
4. Teamwork:
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with coworkers to complete tasks efficiently.
5. Attention to Detail:
- Strong organizational skills to ensure items are packed securely and labeled correctly.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
6. Driving Skills:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Experience operating moving trucks or vans is a plus.
7. Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to think on your feet and address unexpected challenges during the moving process.
8. Availability:
- Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
9. Location:
- Located in Indianapolis. Must be able to drive near and around Indianapolis.
