Job Summary
As a Landscape Crew Member, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our landscaping projects. You will work as part of a small, tightly knit team, reporting to a Team Lead who oversees the crew and ensures project completion. This structure allows each team member to take ownership of their work and contribute significantly to the team's success. This position requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork.
Responsibilities
Perform various landscaping tasks, such as mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, planting, and mulching.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
Assist with hardscaping projects, such as patio installation and walkway construction.
Ensure proper care and maintenance of plants, shrubs, and trees.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow instructions from the Team Lead and work collaboratively with other crew members.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Previous experience in landscaping or related field is preferred but not required.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Team player with good communication skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
Relevant certifications.
