HIRING LANDSCAPE/MOWING CREW LEADERS
Scenic Green is seeking landscape crew leaders to provide routine maintenance for our residential and commercial customers. We are hiring hard working individuals who wish to join our team of talented professionals as we continue to deliver the best landscaping services in Indianapolis.

Candidates must be able to properly perform and train others in the following tasks:
Mow turf using various sized mowers such as walk behinds and zero turns
String trim/edge along sidewalks, landscape beds, trees, buildings, fences and other objects
Clean up property with gas powered blower
Prune shrubs and trees
Install plants and maintain landscape beds
Weed landscape beds by hand
Edge landscape beds and install mulch
Shovel snow from sidewalks and apply ice melt
Requirements:
At least 2 years in landscape maintenance profession
Valid Indiana drives license with clean record
Ability to operate a truck and trailer
Perform onsite evaluations of property
Direct 2-5 crew members and ensure assigned tasks are completed to high quality standards
Work to identify more efficient ways to perform work
Assess and evaluate crew member(s) performance strengths and weaknesses
Oversee day to day site operations and delegate work to crew member(s)
Provide confidential feedback on crew member(s) to owner
Help to develop and train crew member(s)
Ensure equipment preventative maintenance is performed as needed and equipment is in good working order
Participate in crew leader meetings as directed
