Lawn Pride, a Neighborly Company, is looking for Lawn Technicians/Aerators to join the team. We are seeking seasonal Lawn Technicians to join our Lawn Pride team for the upcoming season!As a Lawn Technician on the Lawn Pride team, a typical day for you will include:Drive company vehicle to complete servicesFertilize, weed/pest spraying, aeration and seedingGrub control/pest controlTree Shrub fertilizationProvide high customer service and communication.Diagnose and communicate agronomic and/or horticultural issues.Obtain and retain ongoing company provided field training.Maintain clean vehicle and equipment.Maintain the highest standard of shop cleanliness.No Landscaping, mowing or trimmingBring your skills and achieve success (Required qualifications)Must have valid Driver's License.Must be 21 years +Ability to lift 50+lbs continuously throughout the day.This is a manual labor position.Willing to undergo a standard driving record and background check.Willing to undergo pesticide applicator certification (paid training)Compensation: $18 - $21 per hourLawn Pride South Location: 7320 Company Dr Indianapolis IN, 46237Ask for Bryan McIntosh when you arrive!
