In this role, as a Personal Property Restoration Technician, you will perform on-site inventory of homeowner’s personal property after loss. Carefully transport any undamaged item to be stored at our facility and complete inventory on non-salvageable property. Most of your assignments will be local, there are minimal occasions where you will need to travel out of town. This role will require you to travel overnight 25% of the time.
Responsibilities:
Perform on-site inventory of homeowner’s personal property after loss (utilizing iCat Software)
Carefully pack personal property to be transported and stored
Assist in conducting specific cleaning processes of homeowner’s belongings
Complete non-salvageable inventory and audits
Assist with other duties related to storage and cleaning of personal property as needed
