We’re hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to help keep operations
running smoothly at our Indianapolis facility. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on
minimizing downtime, troubleshooting equipment issues, and optimizing overall production
efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
● Perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery
● Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
● Maintain documentation of all maintenance work
● Collaborate with production to schedule repairs without disruption
● Install, repair, and upgrade equipment per safety and compliance standards
● Stay updated on tech advancements and recommend improvements
What We’re Looking For:
● 3+ years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing or industrial settings
● Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
● Solid knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC systems
● Experience with CMMS systems and 5S is a plus
● Physically capable of working with heavy equipment
● Injection molding, extrusion, or blown film experience is helpful but not required
