Job: Outbound Lead
Pay: $18.50/Hour
Start Date(s): Immediate Start
Candidates must have:
Previous leadership experience required
Forklift certification/experience required
Previous warehouse experience
Effective communication skills
Good attitude and strong team player
Other requirements:
Strong time management and communication skills
Ability to train/mentor a team
Excellent team player positive attitude
This is a long-term assignment: serious, reliable candidates only.
This job includes but is not limited to:
-Managing a team of Outbound Associates in performing the outbound process
-Overseeing the operations facility
-Stationing associates within the correct spots in the warehouse
-Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
-Ensuring packages are sent out for delivery each operating day
-Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
