Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, plastic manufacturing or rotational molding industry is a plus
Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of production processes and quality control Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Previous supervisory experience is a plus
Duties and responsibilities:
This is a full-time on-site Supervisor role located in Plainfield, IN at Integrity Rotational Molding.
The supervisor will be responsible for teambuilding and overseeing day to day operations, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and optimizing efficiency in the rotational molding process.
