We are a home repair and renovation company that has been in business for 35 years.
We need someone for 2-3 days a week for up to 30 hours. We can be flexible on the days.
Job Requirements:
1) Must be punctual
2) Be friendly at all times with our customers
3) Good phone voice and manners
4) Be able to type and do data entry proficiently
5) Be good on computers and familiar with Windows applications such as word and excel
6) Valid drivers license
List of office duties:
1. Check and document voicemail messages
2. Keep a dated log of all messages and phone calls
3. Make return phone calls
4. Answer phone
5. Data Entry:
a. Enter work order bids
b. Create work order jobs
c. Close out paid work orders
6. General filing of work orders
7. Make collection calls (weekly)
8. Periodically update Subcontractor/Employees information: phone numbers, addresses, insurance, and workman's comp waivers
9. Share in the Kitchen/Office/Bathroom Cleaning
10. Verify credit card receipts against Credit Card Statement
11. Typing up proposals/estimates
12. Help with payroll
13. Other various additional duties
