Part time or full time for rental units renovations - some light repairs, some upgrading, some larger renovations to upgrade from floor to top.
Need to have some experience/vehicle/needed tools.
Currently, especially roofing replacing tools/ladders - if you have current, recent & prior references would put you in advance of others.
Need to have own transportation & basic tool.
It is for immediate opening.
Paid is based on performance of each day - for example - it can be starting $140 per 8 hrs or $20 that can be paid daily if one has all suitable experience/ relevant references & cash app.
