Gold Investments LLC is a real estate investment company based in Indianapolis. We own and manage a number of residential and commercial properties, and we’re looking for a reliable handyman to help with day-to-day maintenance and repairs.
Jobs can include things like:
- Basic plumbing and electrical fixes
- Painting and drywall repair
- Small carpentry work
- General upkeep and odd jobs
Requirements:
- No criminal record
- At least 5 years of experience in general handyman work
- Dependable and trustworthy
- Able to work independently
- Must have your own transportation
You will be paid as a 1099 contractor. You will quote us for the work and if we agree with the quote then you can complete the work. Upon completion you will get paid. Most of the properties are located within I-465.
