Even once onboarding is complete, I meet with my agents on an ongoing basis to ensure that they are meeting their goals and their potential.
When you apply with us right now, you have the benefit of getting in on the ground floor. On top of that, we are also looking to expand to other areas of Indiana and the country in the future. Our commission split ranges from 50% to 90%, but because we work with a higher price point, agents on our team who follow our systems and training will make at least $150,000 per year if they are committed to their business.
