We are an online real estate brokerage looking for a real estate licensee to attend closings and accompany our clients at the closing table. The ideal candidate would be someone who wants a side gig and would hang their license with us. Could be someone who was in real estate and wants to keep their license active or an appraiser with a salesperson's license that wants to keep their license active for MLS access. However we would also consider a full time licensee with another firm. Your attendance at a closing should be in most cases less than an hour.
