Pomp's Tire Service is seeking a Store Manager for our Seymour, IN location. This Management position is responsible for the overall store performance, both financial and operational. This Management position oversees all aspects of Customer Service, Sales, and Expense Control.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Providing Excellent Customer Service
- Maximizing shop quality and productivity to meet monthly/annual goals
- Conducting regular inventories
- Analyzing problems and working out solutions for the customer
- Managing location staff, including hiring and discipline
- Maintaining a safe and clean store
Job Requirements:
- 3 or more years management experience required
- 5 or more years tire sales/service experience strongly preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Knowledge of OTR, AG, Commercial, and Consumer tires and Sales/Service
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new software
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain driving record to Pomp’s standards
- Knowledge of the MaddenCo software system preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and business information
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with frequent lifts of 30-50 pounds
