Though we are centralized in Danville, Indiana, we currently have sales associates in various parts of the state and are seeking to add new representatives all over Indiana, so you will be able to focus on the region/towns/cities where you live. We are seeking experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Professionals to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that drive business growth. As a Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.
Duties
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth.
Engage in direct sales activities, including cold calling and upselling to maximize revenue.
Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring consistent follow-up with leads and clients.
Tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on progress.
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for lead generation and territory management.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
Must be willing to climb single or multiple-story roofs to take pictures for insurance claims.
Skills
1+ years of proven experience in direct sales environments.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
Proficiency in inside sales techniques, including effective communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with lead generation strategies and cold calling practices.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections in the sales process.
Knowledge of filing insurance claims and the roofing industry is a plus but not required. Will train.
Pay is 12.5% - 17.5% of per completed job profit and is based on experience.
