Team Lead – Installation Specialist (Gazebos, Sheds, Pergolas)
6-Month Contract | Daily Builds | Travel & Tool Allowance Provided

We’re hiring a skilled and reliable installer to lead a small team building gazebos, sheds, pergolas, and similar outdoor structures.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage a 2 person crew on-site; you and helper
Direct workflow and ensure build quality and safety
Keep jobs moving efficiently and on schedule
Communicate with clients and our office when needed
Must-Haves:
You must know how to use a drill. Not negotiable.
Strong hands-on experience installing outdoor structures
Ability to manage a small team and give clear direction
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Basic tools (or we’ll provide them)
Professionalism and attention to detail
Important:
This is not a cash job. All pay is above-board, with proper documentation.
