Position Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Logistics Sales Representative to develop and close new business.

You must have prior freight/logistics sales experience — preferably in LTL, truckload, brokerage, or 3PL environments.

If you know how to hunt, close, and service accounts in this industry, this is a real opportunity to earn serious income.

What You’ll Do:

Prospect and generate your own leads through cold calling, email outreach, and referrals.

Build and manage a sales pipeline of businesses needing freight solutions.

Offer consultative solutions for LTL, truckload, expedited, and warehousing needs.

Negotiate pricing, close deals, and onboard customers.

Collaborate closely with our operations team to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Continuously grow your book of business through exceptional service and follow-through.

What We’re Looking For:

MUST HAVE logistics sales experience (freight brokerage, asset-based carrier, 3PL, etc.).

1+ year minimum of selling LTL, truckload, or freight services.

Proven ability to generate new business and meet/exceed sales targets.

Strong understanding of freight pricing, carrier relationships, and shipping operations.

Self-motivated, organized, and persistent — comfortable working independently.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

$40,000/year base salary

Uncapped commission (realistic six-figure potential)
