JOB DESCRIPTION
The sales consultant is responsible for assessing incoming vehicles, presenting those vehicles, and answering all incoming inquiries about those vehicles. Hitting certain sales quotas and working as a team with their entire staff is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Logging and following up with sales leads
Writing vehicle descriptions
Conducting an equipment/condition check on incoming cars to establish quality and price with the customer
Providing excellent customer service which includes checking in with current customers on the status/pricing of their vehicle
Arranging financing
Arranging shipping
Prepping vehicles for shipping such as airing up tires and charging batteries
Keeping window stickers/buyers guides up to date and displayed on vehicles
Keeping the sales floor organized
Backing up other employees with duties such as but not limited to taking pictures, taking/editing/posting videos, scanning/emailing documents to accounting, cosigning incoming vehicles, attending car shows, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
HS Diploma or Equivalent
Basic automotive knowledge is a plus
Sales experience is a plus
Business Management experience is a plus
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
HOURS
Our Showrooms are open Monday-Saturday, 8:45am - 5:15pm. Our employees work 5 days a week with Saturday as a required work day due to business levels
PAY
Commission based income with earning potential of $50,000 - $90,000
