Ace Grease Service family owned & operated company that specializes in collecting & recycling used cooking oil from restaurants. We are currently searching for a Sales / Account Representative in our Indianapolis market.
This Sales Account Representative position focuses on small to large customers within a designated geographic territory to procure recycle materials. The sales job will entail both new business development and maintaining current clients, with the emphasis on new business development. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, and a track record of success.Must have a clean driving record. PEOPLE WITH RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
RESPONSIBILITY
Establish and maintain account relationships and meet personal sales targets.
Develops a thorough knowledge of the industry.
Coordinates use of other company resources to provide value added services to accounts.
Develops strong client relationships over time that provides significant input to planning company price, and service strategies.
Supports supervisor in developing new market opportunities in the designated territory or market.
Solicits new business opportunities within territory. Prepares proposals and follows up accordingly with accounts.
Provides feedback on accounts, and recycling market.

Excellent verbal, written communication and computer skills
Experience in Restaurant, Recycling, and bilingual is a plus
The duties of the candidate :
Establish new clients.
Be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
This position will include some travel,after hours work and physical labor
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of food industry sales
Strong interpersonal skills
The ability to deliver equipment as needed
Valid driver’s license; must have a clean clean driving record
Physical demands
Frequently required, push, pull move or lift up to 75 lbs.
