Position: Bicycle Mechanic
Location: Matthews Bicycle Shop, 7272 Pendleton Pike,Indianapolis.46226
Job Responsibilities:
Perform bike repairs and maintenance including tune-ups, brake adjustments, wheel truing, tire replacements, and more
Troubleshoot and repair all types of bicycles, from basic commuter bikes to high-end racing and mountain bikes
Assist customers with bike-related questions and provide expert advice
Ensure a high standard of workmanship and quality control for all repairs
Help maintain an organized and clean shop environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bicycle mechanic or technician (2+ years preferred)
Strong knowledge of bicycle repair and maintenance
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Passion for cycling and staying up-to-date with industry trends
Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work atmosphere
