Position Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer to lead our installation team. The ideal candidate has a lot of experience in cabinet installation, strong carpentry skills, and a dedication to completing projects with excellence and precision. This position requires regular travel to various job sites throughout Indiana and the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
Install custom cabinetry in commercial settings throughout the United States
Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and installation instructions
Measure and prepare installation areas accurately
Ensure high-quality fit and finish, including adjustments, trimming, and finishing work
Communicate with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure timely and professional job completion
Maintain a clean and safe work environment on-site
Load, unload, and transport cabinets and tools to job sites as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a cabinet installer or carpenter (4+ years preferred)
Manage others and work as part of team
Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints
Proficient with hand and power tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
Physical ability to lift, move, and install heavy cabinetry
Mandatory:
