About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on hero to join our team as an Upfitter. You’ll take bare chassis and transform them into work-ready machines by installing dump bodies, slinger systems, hydraulics, and custom accessories.
What You’ll Do:
Install dump bodies and stone slinger bodies
Mount hydraulics, controls, tanks, and pumps with precision
Upfit trucks for our fleet and for customers across North America
Work with welding, fabrication, and wiring – every day is different
Team up with techs and fabricators to bring trucks to life
Troubleshoot and solve problems like a mechanical MacGyver
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in truck equipment, welding and hydraulic systems is a plus
Comfortable reading schematics and using hand/power tools
Self-starter with attention to detail and a solid work ethic
Able to lift, move, and wrangle heavy components (we’ve got hoists too)
