Responsibilities include:
Providing installation support for new conveyor lubrication systems, as well as performing routine and/or emergency service on existing systems, including inspection, adjustment, repair, etc. on existing conveyor lubrication equipment.
Assisting in equipment build and product assembly at our Fremont, MI facility.
Programming, connecting, wiring, and testing of conveyor lubrication systems.
Building and maintaining customer relationships through excellent customer service, while assisting with contract promotion and retention. Both in-person and over the telephone.
Traveling is required in and around the West Michigan area, as well as to some surrounding states (i.e. IN, PA, and OH) to service and provide quality technical support and training onsite at customer facilities. Overnight trips up to 1-2 weeks depending on project.
