We are seeking a skilled, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Must have experience in:
Painting
Plumbing
Basic electrical work
Concrete repair
Snow plowing
Operating heavy equipment
Requirements:
Ability to safely operate lifts, power washers, plows, and other machinery
Strong problem-solving skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (with occasional weekends or snow events)
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
