We are aggressively hiring Field Service Technicians for Household Appliance Repair (Refrigerator, Microwave, Range, Dishwasher, Washer & Dryer) to cover Gatlingburg/ P. Forge and its' immediate surrounding areas.
NAREFCO is an Authorized Repair Service Partner for Samsung GE, LG, Frigidaire/Electrolux, and Lowes.
Unsure you would succeed at this position? No worries, a manager will meet with you and allow you to ride along to determine if this is something you can see your self doing. Ready to jump right in? We will have you running service calls the day after you've been interviewed and hired.
You must be driven and take pride in customer satisfaction. Core to becoming a NAREFCO Technician is excellent communication and attendance.

Minimum Position Requirements are as follows:
You must already own a Smartphone and have the ability to use smartphone-based mobile apps to update work orders with notes, pictures, and part order requests.
You must have a reliable, decent looking vehicle to run a schedule of 4-9 service calls within 30-45mins of your home address depending on your experience
You must have a basic toolset that includes, but is not limited to a drill, multimeter, screwdrivers, wrenches, sockets, Allen keys, and pliers.
If you do not have experience in our industry, you must demonstrate a willingness to utilize ongoing virtual training, study the provided materials, utilize Tech Phone Support and use YouTube to self-teach.
This can be full or part time based on your availibity. You are expected to make 3-9 customer stops daily, M-F. You are paid Flat Rate, $40-$75 per completed repair, most of which require one visit, in some instances two visits.
We pay you $110-$130 flat per Sealed System, if you have no idea what that is we will train you in person.
We do not deduct taxes, your pay classification is 1099, however, that is just your pay classification, you are not a contractor for us, you are an employee with full corporate support and system.
We pay a Commute Bonus based on total stops made every work period.
