Ideal candidates would be comfortable working in Commercial environments.
Some competencies include:
- replace and repair of compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, and valves
- Diagnose Mechanical and Electrical problems
- perform Preventative Maintenance
- Install new units
We have multiple jobs in and around Johnson County to include Greenwood and Franklin, IN currently. We can offer minimal guidance and support when needed but pay is based on ability to work independently.

Pay range for 3+ years experience is $28 - $36 per hour. Entry level / more apprentices would start at $26 - $30. You can attain pay increases once you prove yourself to be reliable, skilled, and a team player.
Some of our job sites include retail, restaurant, office buildings, churches, schools, etc.
