About the Role
Blaze Renovations is looking for a working Foreman to lead restoration-focused projects, with
priority on water mitigation and fire restoration, followed by remodeling and roofing work
in Indianapolis and surrounding regions. This role requires someone who can start immediately,
take ownership of job sites, lead crews, and jump in with tools when needed.
We don’t micromanage — we need a self-starter who is motivated, takes pride in results, and
knows how to keep projects moving on time and on budget. If you’re motivated, this position has
the potential to make well above the industry standard.
What You'll Be Leading
We specialize in:
Restoration and demo work (structural and insurance-related)
Residential remodels: kitchens, bathrooms, basements
Interior trades: drywall, electrical, trim, cabinets, flooring, paint
Insurance-based repairs: water mitigation, fire restoration, and roofing
Projects are typically in Indianapolis and surrounding regions.
Pay & Compensation
Starting pay: $28 per hour
Monthly bonus potential: Up to $1,750
Annual earning potential: $70,000–$86,000+ (with potential to exceed industry standards
if you’re driven)
Bonus Structure:
$600 per on-time, on-budget project
15% of labor cost savings from smart crew management

Responsibilities
Run day-to-day operations of active job sites
Lead setup, scheduling, and execution of residential projects
Read blueprints and scope documents and assign work accordingly
Manage materials, subcontractors, and timelines
Perform skilled trades work when needed to keep projects on schedule
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and professionalism on site
Communicate with office team and clients throughout the project
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of residential remodeling experience
At least 3 years of experience as a foreman or crew lead
Proven ability to manage job sites independently
Strong leadership, communication, and delegation skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience with insurance restoration is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a bonus
