We are seeking a jack-of-all-trades maintenance technicians to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for maintenance and repairs for residential homes. Must be able to perform home maintenance.
Compensation: Pay is based per job. Minimum per job is $125!

Maintenance Technician Requirements and Qualifications
Must know how to operate a smartphone and own a working smart phone
Experience with maintenance is required
Detail oriented and organized
Must own tools to do the job
Must have own transportation
Must cover own limited liability insurance
This is a 1099 position and will be paid as such.
