We are looking for reliable, dedicated contractors to handle projects ranging from full rehabs to maintenance work on a volume scale. We have partnerships with multiple large national clients that have contracted our company to perform on construction projects in multiple markets, at a pace of anywhere from 15-30 full rehabs/turns every month, with great potential for growing even further.
If you are a contractor that has insurance/workers comp, we can provide you with a volume of work for the foreseeable future, which can assist you with your own growth and future success. We fund each project - we pay for materials, we offer draws as needed during each project to keep money in your pocket, and we also pay the final balance to you within a week of completion.
We are looking for teams that can handle maintenance for multiple property management companies, teams that can handle a full rehab to a rent-ready status as a general contractor, and also skilled trades such as electricians/plumbers/landscapers/cleaning companies/foundation specialists/restoration companies/septic specialists/concrete companies/etc... During a full rehab, we may contract you to handle roofing/drywall/painting/flooring/cabinet and countertop installation/electrical & plumbing repairs and replacements/hardwood floor refinishing/trim carpentry/framing/appliance installation/etc...
