Landscape Foreman -$19- $23
We are looking for an enthusiastic, team player to lead a crew in completion of various landscape maintenance accounts and projects. Must be eager to learn, grow and teach others.
Must be able to motivate and lead 2-3 team members in the completion of exceptional service on Commercial accounts in all aspects of the landscape management profession effectively and tactfully.
Must have experience in all areas including lawn maintenance, proper pruning techniques, mulch installation and spring and fall cleanups. Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with clients, and co-workers. Valid Drivers license with no suspensions or DUI in at least 5 years.
Hours: 40-50 hours per week in March - April Mon - Fri some Saturdays, 40-45 hours Mon - Thurs unless rain delays May- October with some OT
