About the Role
We’re hiring a Licensed Plumber to handle a mix of residential and light commercial work—from rough-in and finish on remodels/new builds to service/repair calls. You’ll work independently or as part of a small crew, ensure code-compliant installs, and deliver a professional, customer-friendly experience.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, low pressure, and fixture issues (toilets, faucets, showers, water heaters, disposals, etc.).
Perform rough-in/finish plumbing for remodels and new construction (DWV, water supply, gas where applicable).
Read/interpret plans and job specs; lay out accurate pipe runs and fixture locations.
Solder, press, or solvent-weld piping; set and test fixtures; perform pressure and leak tests.
Ensure work meets the Indiana-adopted plumbing code and local permitting requirements.
Complete work orders, photos, and material lists in the field app; communicate ETA/updates with dispatch and customers.
Maintain a clean jobsite and uphold safety standards; mentor apprentices as needed.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency service.
What You’ll Bring
Current Indiana plumbing license (Journeyman or Plumbing Contractor).
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
3+ years in service and/or construction plumbing (flexible if you’re a strong journeyman).
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions.
Professional communication with homeowners, GC’s, and teammates; reliable attendance.
Tools: You bring standard hand tools; we supply specialty/power tools and major equipment.
Nice to Have
Backflow tester certification; med gas or CSST experience.
Water heater tankless installs, water quality/softener knowledge.
Light commercial TI experience and comfort training apprentices.
